Ajay Kumar's career trajectory is quite remarkable, particularly in the context of the Indian media landscape of the early 1990s. By starting his venture in 1993, he addressed a niche market by manufacturing Video Titlers—essentially devices that add text overlays and graphics to video content. At that time, being the sole manufacturer of video titlers in India meant he was not only a pioneer in this technology but also a key player in transforming how local businesses approached advertising. His innovations played a significant role in elevating local advertising on cable television, making it more accessible and visually appealing to audiences. This advancement allowed local businesses to promote their services and products effectively, thereby fostering competition and enhancing the overall viewing experience.
During 2012 Ajay Kumar diversified in Automation and Robotics business along with RajGroup, Japan. Since then with RajGroup, Japan they do multiple business in India like placement of Skilled personal in association with Indian State Governments at Japan. Organising STEM Tours for Students to Japan along with several other businesses. Ajay Kumar's journey exemplifies entrepreneurial vision and the power of innovation in emerging markets.

FOUNDER, RAJGROUP
Anil Raj is a serial international entrepreneur with over two decades of experience. His diverse portfolio includes an Indian chain of restaurants, an international kindergarten school, an IT consulting and services company, and more.
Before his entrepreneurial journey, Anil was an ex-techie with 17 years of experience at international investment banks like Credit Suisse, Dresdner, Shinsei Bank, and Citi Bank. He holds an M.S. in IT from Australia.
In 2004, recognizing a gap in the market for authentic South Indian cuisine, Anil took the entrepreneurial leap in Japan. This led to the birth of NIRVANAM, Japan's first truly South Indian specialty restaurant. Today, NIRVANAM stands as the most awarded Indian restaurant chain in Japan. And then followed the numerous other ventures under Rajgroup of businesses.
